Just got back from a buddy of mine's house. He only lives a mile and a half away and we hardly ever get to hang out. I hope that is something that we can remedy soon because there's no excuse not to hang with friends.
We spent some time being geeks, but it wasn't long and the guitars were out and we were messing around with music. Neither of us are professional musicians or anything but it doesn't matter, it was fun. That is what friends are about, you don't care how you sound in front of one another, you just do it because you can and they won't think anything bad of you. Aside from my wife and close family, Bryan is the only person that's probably ever heard me sing and play the guitar, and after having done so, still wants to hang out...now THAT is cool.
