Better Him Than I

My colleague Andy is in Washington D.C. right now attending a down syndrome conference. Just from reading his blog this morning, (and his entry from last night), brings me back to the wonderful days that I had to travel for my old job. I don\'t miss that crap one little, teeny-tiny bit!
I travelled extensively for quite some time and think I complained about it like crazy. While I made significantly more money when doing that, I would have to say that I am happier with my feet on the ground. Especially since I went through two seemingly disastrous flights...(probably weren\'t really *that* bad), an earthquake, and several \"we don\'t have a reservation under than name\" incidents.
Still, I\'m glad he has an internet connection so I can read up on Andy\'s adventure\'s, particularly in an area so close to his favorite president! Oh wait, that must be some *other* Andy.
